Travel Authorization process is pre-approval for only Capital Projects travel. Travel Authorizations Drafts can be created by the individual WDI or Vendor Travelers. Draft Travel Authorizations can also be created for others by a proxy. There is a Bulk Upload feature that is available in Draft state that can be use when there are Multiply Travel Authorizations for a Project.
