Description |
Ability for Finance and the Controls Team to re-allocate Budget within the project. |

Estimator/Finance reviews the Budget Transfer information entered by Estimator/Finance and any attachments to determine if in conformance. If in conformance, based on the agreement with the Project Manager the Budget Transfer will be approved or sent to the Project Manager for approval. |

|
The Project Estimator creates the Change Order and bundles settled CDs and adds attachment(s), as required. |
The Project Estimator creates the Change Order without JFC/CD and adds attachment(s), as required. |

|
Project Estimator will receive a notification via Email for their portion of the contract (sub contract). |
Contract JFC and Contract Directive
|
Project Estimator determines the WBS Funding type and confirms type and cause of change. |

|
Project Estimator determines the value that will be used for the Definitive Estimate that will impact Cost Reporting prior to settling the Contract Directive. |
|
|
Project Estimator reviews the proposed value and attachments of the Contract Directive entered by Responsible Individual or Vendor. If Contract Directive ready to be received, Project Estimator receives the Contract Directive. If not ready to be received, Contract Directive is reset to Reissue Directive and returns to Responsible Individual or Vendor for Reissue Directive. |

The Project Estimator creates the Change Order Lean with CD and bundles settled CDs and adds attachment(s), as required. |

The Project Estimator creates the Lean Change Order without CD and adds attachment(s), as required. |
