Description
The Vendor will receive the contract in
NexGEN, if participating,
or receive an Email with the Contract if not participating.
Outcomes
Contract Administrator
will receive a copy of the signed contract in NexGEN if participating
or will receive an Email with a copy of the signed Contract if not participating.
Detailed Steps
Step 1:


Step 2: Download Contract.
- In References
and Attachments section Click
download
icon to download the Contract file.
- Review Contract file and sign signature page.
- Save scan of signed Contract file as PDF.
- Click on Add Attachment.
- Browse for signed Contract
file, Click Open to attach.


Step 3: Acknowledge Receipt.
- Click Workflow.
- Select Workflow: Set to Contract Generation.

Type a message in the Message
field to include in the Email notification (optional).
Click Execute.
