F.6.8b Sent to Vendor: Vendor Attaches Scanned Signature

 

Description

The Vendor will receive the contract in NexGEN,  if participating, or receive an Email with the Contract if not participating.

 

Outcomes

Contract Administrator will receive a copy of the signed contract in NexGEN if participating or will receive an Email with a copy of the signed Contract if not participating. 

 

Detailed Steps

 

Step 1: Log in to NexGEN

Step 2: Download Contract.

  1. In References and Attachments section Click download icon to download the Contract file.
  2. Review Contract file and sign signature page.
  3. Save scan of signed Contract file as PDF.
  4. Click on Add Attachment.
  5. Browse for signed Contract file, Click Open to attach.

Step 3: Acknowledge Receipt.

  1. Click Workflow.
  2. Select Workflow: Set to Contract Generation.

  1. Type a message in the Message field to include in the Email notification (optional).

  2. Click Execute.
