D.7.1.6 Schedule Review: Schedule Review

 

Description

Project Planner reviews to determine if there is a impact to any component of the schedule.

 

This state will only be used if the Project Manager selects this Workflow option to receive input from the Project Planner.

 

Detailed Steps

 

Step 1: Log in to NexGEN.

 

Step 2: Review SOV Data and update Impact Days

  1. Enter Impact Days.

 

 

Step 3: Set to PM Review.

  1. Click Workflow.

  2. Select Set to PM Review.

 

  1. Type a message in the Message field to include in the Email notification (optional).

  2. Click Execute.
