The WDI Sustainment Team reviews PWA Template and loads the template.
The Studio/Project authorized a budget based on scope, and can track their Estimated Final Costs (EFC) and do Change Management.
Select Contract Management on Navigation Pane to expand.
Click PWAs.

Click Bulk upload and select saved Template for upload. Once Template is uploaded it will auto Workflow to Approved.
If there are validation
errors, the Tech Studio Support will return to Project Finance
for corrections.
