O1.7: Create & Assign Project Initiative

 

Description

Business Manager/Ops Support/Ops Finance will create the Initiative an optional step to link together projects that are part of the same overall CAR, program, strategy, or reporting need.

Initiatives are not always used and can be added to the projects at any point.

 

These projects stem from the same funding pool.

 

Initiative is not required as not all projects are associated with an over arching Program/Funding.

 

Detailed Steps

 

Step 1: Log in to Clarity.

 

Step 2: Create Project Initiative.

  1. Navigate to the Initiative page.
  2. Select New from Template button.

 

  1. Select the best Template from the list
  2. Click Next.

 

  1. Enter Initiative Name.
  2. Click Create.
