O1.6: Add Authorized Budget and Fiscal Calendar Authorized Budgets

Detailed Steps

 

Step 1: Log in to Clarity.

 

Step 2: Update Allocations.

  1. Click on Project icon.

  2. Click to open project from the list.

 

Step 3: Add Budget.

  1. Click Budget icon.
  2. Click New from Template.

 

  1. Select the correct template from the list.
  2. Click Next.

 

  1. Enter Project Name.
  2. Select Type from drop-down list list.
  3. Select Cost Type from drop-down list list.
  4. Select Status from drop-down list list.
  5. Select Fiscal Year from drop-down list.
  6. Select Start Date from date picker.
  7. Select Estimated Completion Date from date picker.
  8. Enter Amount.
  9. Enter Notes.
  10. Click Create.
