M2.3: Create/Update and Assign Project Initiatives (as needed)

Description

As the project progresses through the life cycle, the Global Creative Strategy team will adjust project details and project strategy changes, aligning with Initiatives.

Detailed Steps

Step 1: Log in to Clarity.

Step 2: Update Project Properties.

1. Click on Project icon.

2. Select My Menu Projects from the View drop-down list.

3. Click to open project from the list.

4. Select Properties tab.
5. Enter or Update attributes that have changed in Project Summary Section.

6. Enter or Update attributes that have changed in Project Classification Section.

7. Enter or Update attributes that have changed in Project Classification Section.

8. Enter or Update attributes that have changed in Clarity Allocation Section.

Step 3: Create/Update Project Initiative.

1. Navigate to the Initiative page.

2. Select project to update initiative.

3. Update Initiative field.
