M1.6: Enter Gate Details

 

Description

As a project progresses through its milestones and gate event, those will be entered here to allow teams to plan the team's resources more accurately.

Milestones, as defined in Clarity, are driven by Global Creative Strategy.

 

Gate, Milestone, and Status can operate independently or jointly.

 

Detailed Steps

 

Step 1: Log in to Clarity.

 

Step 2: Open Project.

  1. Click on Project icon.

  2. Click to open project from the list.

 

Step 2: Update Gates.

 

  1. Select Gate tab.
  2. Select Gate View from drop-down list.
  3. Double click Milestone field and select from drop-down list the milestone.
  4. Double click Event Date field and select from date picker the event date.
  5. Double click Revised Date field and select from date picker the revised date.
