The Lean Change Order without CDs enables the Project Estimator to assist the Responsible Individual who is the commercial manager in settling changes based on Contract Directives issued to the Vendor. The Vendor is not willing to submit a proposal or a global settlement has been agreed to by Project Executives and authorizes the use of Lean Change Order without CD Process.
The Lean Change Order without CD is a legally binding document once fully transitioned to the Fully Executed state and can be invoiced against once reached the Fully Executed-Invoicing Authorized State.
