F.6.5 SAP Integration: Creation of Contract Number in SAP
Description
Pandora (Robotics Process Automation RPA)
creates the Contract in SAP (PO), generates the Contract Number and sends
it to the Contract Generation state.
Because
this is an automated process there are no Screenshots or touch-points.
If
there are errors Pandora will automatically Workflow it to SAP
Integration Errors State. The Finance Accountant with then contact
the correct user for corrections and to re-process.
The error can be found in the TXT file in the Reference/Attachment
SAP Integration Error.txt.
