D1.14: Closeout Process

Description

The Finance will Closeout the Project in Clarity.

 

Detailed Steps

 

Step 1: Log in to Clarity.

 

Step 2: Closeout.

  1. Click Design Services Icon.

  2. Select Basic Idea View.

  3. Click Columns button.

 

  1. Add Active and Financial Status Columns.

Use the Search to find Active and Financial Status.

 

 

  1. Uncheck Active box for the project to be closeout.

 

  1. Click Financial Status.

  2. Select Closed from drop-down list.
