D1.13a: Confirm/Update Approved TBD to Role

Description

Functional Manager will confirm or update the TBD roles on the project.

 

Detailed Steps

 

Step 1: Log in to Clarity.

 

Step 2: Confirm TBD Role Request and Sync.

  1. Select Staffing icon.

  2. Click Allocations by Resource tab.

  3. Select Resource Request Linking View.
  4. Expand Name.
  5. Select Link from TBD Action drop-down list.

You can also do this task by using the Allocations by Investment click here for those steps.

 

Add TBD Action and TBD Sync Columns if not part of the Resource Request Linking view.
