D1.12: Assign Named Resources

Description

Functional Manager will assign named resources to the project.

Detailed Steps

Step 1: Log in to Clarity.

Step 2: Select Project.

1. Select Staffing icon.

2. Select Allocations by Resource tab.

3. Select My Role Request View.
4. Expand Role to assign name resource to.
5. Select Project you wish to assign named resource to from list.
6. From Resource Availability click and drag the Resource to the Role Request.

7. Verify correct replacement has been made and click Replace.
