Contract Administrator manages the Contracting Process. The Process can only begin once the Bidding/Award Process has been completed. The Bidding/Award Process can be a request for Proposal/Tendering, Sole Source or Preferred Vendor Process.
The Responsible Individual owns responsibility for providing the Contract Administrator all the content to manage the Contracting Process and is responsible for commercial management of this Contract and their Vendor.
The Contract is a legally binding document once fully transitioned to the Fully Executed state and can be invoiced against once it reaches the Fully Executed-Invoicing Authorized State.
