B1.2: Enter or Update Roles

 

 

Description

Responsible Individual will enter or update role requests for the project.

 

Outcomes

The Functional Manager can then add resources to the forecast as needed. Responsible Individual can then create forecast for O/E and Staffing Cost Plan.

 

Detailed Steps

 

Step 1: Log in to Clarity.

 

Step 2: Open Project.

  1. Click on Project icon.

  2. Select My Studio Capital Projects view.

  3. Click to open project from the list.

 

Step 3: Add Resource.

  1. Click Staff tab.

  2. Change View to Design Services - Planning.

  3. Click the Add Row.

  4. Select Resource from drop-down list.

 

  1. Select Cost Center from drop-down list for TBD Resources.

  2. Input Forecast.

Cost Center will come over from SAP for named resources.

 

Start and Finish date will pull from the Properties tab for the project.
